Raha (ਰਾਹਾ) is a Punjabi word meaning path or way. It reflects the idea that everyone is on their own unique journey, and that with the right support, the path forward can feel clearer and more aligned with who they are.
Raha Therapy Services was created with this meaning at its core.
We support individuals of all ages to build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to engage to the best of their ability in everyday life.
Raha Therapy Services takes a person-centred, neuroaffirming approach that honours each individual’s strengths, identity, and lived experience.
By working collaboratively with clients, families, and their support networks, we provide personalised and evidence-based occupational therapy services to support each individual to move toward what matters most to them.

Yes, we offer NDIS assessments and ongoing therapy. We also have experience preparing evidence-informed reports to support NDIS applications, reviews, and change of circumstances.
The first session focuses on getting to know you and understanding your goals. This helps us begin planning therapy that is personalised and meaningful to you. Ongoing session frequency will be recommended based on your goals, needs, available funding, and schedule.
If an assessment is required, we will explain the process and what to expect. Assessments may be completed within one session or over multiple sessions, depending on the type and complexity of the assessment.
NDIS participants: NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour. Travel and Kms are charged in line with the 2025 -2026 NDIS price guide
Private: $195 per hour. Travel charges are subject to location and service type
Medicare: $195 per hour and $56.00 rebate under Medicare
If you need to cancel a planned session, please let your therapist know as soon as possible by phone or email. Wherever possible, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 2 business days (48 hours) of your scheduled appointment may be charged at the full rate, in line with the NDIS Price Guide. We endeavour to find other billable work to complete for the participant in that time, however, as we are mobile based, we may not have sufficient time to travel back to our office during the cancelled time to complete billable work.
